I’m excited to tell you my story, how I became a full-time photographer at the age of 23.
I am incredibly grateful for the talent God gave me and the opportunities that I’ve been given along the way.
My passion about photography started when I was 15-year-old. We had a camera for family trips, and somehow it was always used by me. At the beginning I learnt photography on my own. I read all the books and watched thousands of youtube tutorials about it, later participated in workshops too. In 2016, I become the Student Photographer of the Year in Hungary, which gave me more confidence that I was going on the right path. So, I decided I want to make it for living.
In 2016 I started to study photography in the Budapest Metropolitan University and got diploma as a photojournalist in 2019.
In 2017 I spent 10 days in Georgia in an international art camp, which was an awesome opportunity to get to know other youngsters from different cultures.
From 2017 until 2020 I teached photography for teenagers in a summer media camp in Hungary.
At the end of summer of ’19, I grabbed my camera and backpack to travel around Western Europe with my brother. We did not planned our destinations, we just travelled spontaneously for 2 months, using an interrail ticket. It was a lifelong adventure. Travel is one of the best source of inspiration to me. I love to get to know new places, new people, new cultures, to leave my comfort zone and create something really unique.
From January of 2020 I’m working as a staff photographer for Népszava, the biggest daily newspaper in Hungary. Beside this, I usually photograph weddings and commissions for corporates.
